• My family has been in the restaurant business in Italy for three generations.
•We presently own and manage a family business, which was started by my father in 1963. The restaurant, set in the old historic center of the Republic of San Marino, is 380 square meters (4,090 square feet) with 280 seats serving a traditional Romagnolo cuisine.
•Spring 1998 we opened the first “fast food” concept in the historic center of San Marino; 250 square meters (2,690 square feet).
•In August of 2003 in the business district of San Marino we opened a new alternative restaurant/store concept, Loft.sm, which is 600 square meters (6,458 square feet) and is a unique fusion of culinary, art and fashion.
Our priority is to meet the high expectations of quality, service, ambiance, and convenience.
